Hotel Duran's restaurant is timeless. Excellent food and classic very atentive service. The menu and wine list are in harmony with the classic design and feel of the place. Represents very well the tradition of good restaurants in the area. Prices are reasonable and actually cheaper than other restaurants with the same pretensions

Lovely, clean hotel with beautiful facilities. Large contemporary styled room with plenty of space for storage, even had a small balcony that we could go out on. It was raining so we didn't do so but it was nice to be able to choose to do so. Large bathroom with big shower space. Seemingly endless hot water from a very powerful shower, had to turn it well down. Plenty complimentary toiletries if you needed to use them including shower caps and shoe cleaning kit. Generous with the towels, there were at least 2 each. Hair dryer in the bathroom. The storage space was a massive double wardrobe with full length mirror on the front, there was a small safe in the room as well as a mini fridge. A large comfortable couch gave us a nice seating area to relax in. Breakfast was on the 1st floor in a large airy room with pleasant decor. It had a very well stocked buffet area. Croissants, pain au chocolat, yoghurt, bread, toaster there if you wanted to make some, lots of choice including cold meats, cheese, jam, honey and hard boiled eggs. Drinks included fruit smoothies, kéfir, various types of milk, hot chocolate, various flavoured and black teas and coffees including decaffeinated.

Kashif was incredibly helpful to me and my partner despite us not actually staying at the hotel: a true Samaritan! We arrived in Figueres later then expected and we had real trouble finding a local taxi despite calling for more than 45 min. In desperation we decided to try to ask for help at the hotel reception and pronto, Kashif found us one!

For the purposes of this visit, close to the hospital and centre of town the location is ideal. Parking facilities are available via the hotel. The price is very reasonable, the facilities are more than adequate and very clean. Breakfast service is a tad slow but the quality of the continental offering is fine. The staff have been very nice to my ageing mother.

Our hotel stay was pleasant as the rooms was somewhat spacious with comfy beds (if you hate firm beds then you will not like it), soft pillows and consistently clean rooms. The service overall is great as the staff was friendly and helpful despite there being language barriers. The food; it is as people has stated previously, the dishes will not disappoint.

A wonderful, small, family owned city hotel on a quiet street in the centre of Figuerès near La Rambla. We were very impressed with all aspects of our stay here and would highly recommend it. A reputation for fine dining, the meals and dining room service were superb. A very helpful, friendly and welcoming reception. Ideally situated for shopping or visiting the Dali and other museums in the vicinity, all within very comfortable walking distance. It is also about ten minutes walk from the train and bus station. The 3 star rating should not deter your consideration of this hotel. It is excellent.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Figueres. Well situated for visiting Dali''s museum and do some shopping (in walking distance). It also has parking place, but with a limited number of sites. In general, it has a very high standard for a 3 star hotel. Everybody in the hotel is very kind and willing to help.
